Refund Policy

At Nairobi Termite Control, we are committed to providing high-quality termite management services that meet the expectations of our clients. While we strive for complete client satisfaction, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the process for requesting one.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all termite inspection, treatment, and preventive services provided by Nairobi Termite Control, including residential, commercial, and institutional properties.

2. No Unnecessary Refunds

Due to the nature of pest control services, complete eradication of termites may require multiple treatments or follow-up visits. Refunds are not automatically issued if an infestation persists after the first treatment, as ongoing treatment may be necessary.

3. Circumstances Eligible for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a scheduled inspection or treatment was not performed due to a failure on our part.
  • Billing Errors: If a client is incorrectly charged for services that were not rendered.
  • Dissatisfaction Due to Procedural Errors: If the service was not carried out according to agreed-upon procedures or standards, and the issue cannot be rectified through a follow-up visit.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request to service@rafikipestcontrol.com
  2. or contact us via phone at +254717819204 within 7 days of service completion.
  3. Provide details including service date, type of service, payment details, and reason for the request.
  4. Allow our team to review the request. We may conduct a follow-up inspection if necessary to verify the claim.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Nairobi Termite Control management after the claim has been evaluated.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If termite activity persists due to conditions outside our control, such as poor maintenance, structural defects, or environmental factors.
  • If the client fails to follow preventive measures or recommendations provided by Nairobi Termite Control.
  • For services completed correctly and in full accordance with industry standards.

6. Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

While refunds are limited due to the nature of termite control services, Nairobi Termite Control is committed to resolving client concerns. Our technicians will work with clients to provide additional services or corrective measures at no extra cost if the initial treatment requires follow-up due to procedural errors.
